Rittenhouse Senior Living is conducting a search for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director for its community in Portage, IN – currently under construction. Due to open in the Fall of 2010, our community will offer Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s care and Independent Living Villas. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years proven sales experience in an environment working with seniors and their family members.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Ability to manage sales office, establish budgets and marketing plans with minimal supervision.
  • Have a proven, successful track record of selling to seniors and their family members.
  • Have reliable personal transportation.
  • Be computer, internet savvy.
  • Have exceptional communication skills.
