Rittenhouse Senior Living is pleased to announce that we will be opening our new community in Portage IN in the fall of 2010 Rittenhouse Senior Living is now accepting applications for the following positions:
Resident Care Director
Licensed nurse, with geriatric management experience, to develop and supervise all nursing care programs and care staff.
Memory Care Director
Experienced individual to develop and implement programming for residents with Alzheimer’s and related dementia diseases. State dementia training certificate required. Able to train staff in appropriate care and intervention techniques and educate others regarding Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias.
Dietary Manager/Chef
Management experience in running a full-service kitchen, including budgeting, ordering, sanitation, menu planning, meal preparation and presentation. CDM and Safe-Serve designation required.
Maintenance Director
Hands-on maintenance person experienced in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing. Able to effect small repairs, familiar with preventive maintenance schedules and safety requirements for personal care/long-term care facilities.
Recreation Director
Energetic, creative individual able to develop and implement interesting activity program that appeals to a variety of seniors’ interests. Activity Director Certification required.
Business Office
Experienced, computer-savvy professional who interacts tactfully with others. AP, AR, payroll and HR experience preferred.
Receptionist
Individual who understands the importance of first impressions. Professional appearance and courteous demeanor. Able to handle a variety of office tasks and equipment, including multi-line telephone.
